Young dealer-winemaker from Gevrey-Chambertin, Philippe Pacalet gives strict principles - respect of soil and grapes, wine making little interventionist - which only guarantee a genuine expression of the diversity of soils. A diversity of all the greater because the vines in arrivals select, cultivates and vinifies fall into many names coastline of Beaune and Nuits. Born at the foot of the Mount of Corton.
