The Avenue de Flandre is one of the main arteries of the nineteenth arrondissement of Paris. It connects the Place de Stalingrad to the avenue Corentin-Cariou and allows access to the device Parisian by the door of the Villette. The movement is organized around a central lawn surrounded by trees, each direction with two lanes, all surrounded by wide sidewalks. Located in the wake of Saint-Jacques and Saint-Martin, it is a part of the Roman road that linked the Lutèce Flanders. The Avenue de Flandre is bounded on the north by rail to the small belt. It is bisected by the rue Riquet, the streets of Crimea, and the rue de l'Ourcq.
