In the very heart of the Marais district in Paris, Rue du Perche (3rd arrondissement), is part of avenues open by the developer Charlot, in 1626. It has a name province of France, due to the aborted project of Henri IV to build a place of France, with streets radiating all bearing the names of French provinces.
