The Street station in Germany was opened on February 23, 1903, a few weeks after the opening of the line for the first time, trains will pass without stopping. It was débaptisée 1 August 1914, along with the Berlin station, just before the declaration of war from Germany to France on August 3, 1914. The beginning of World War I followed a few days after the assassination of Jean Jaurès (July 31 1914), and a name replacement was easily found for this station serving on a district People (19th).
